We're pleased to announce our 2018.4 Service Update, which contains the following features and changes:
Features
The new Device Version Status widget on the Manager Dashboard makes it easy for you to see which devices require update.
NOTE To learn more about upgrading devices remotely, please refer to Silent installation and/or Integrate with Datto RMM.
This new widget shows you how many of the licenses and how much of the storage that you have allocated to your teams (including IULs) are in use.
We've improved the View Filter options on the File Protection Manager Device tab to offer all four possible device states: Backup Failed, Backup in Progress, Backup Complete, and Backup Not Enabled.
We've also added a Version Status filter link to the top of the grid on the Devices tab.

NOTE If you find that some devices are not running the most recent version of and wish to update them, please refer to Silent Installation and/or Integrate with Autotask Endpoint Management.
We've optimized the order and display of the grid columns on the File Protection Manager Teams, Users, and Devices tabs to make the most useful information more readily available.
NOTE You can still reorder and show/hide columns to meet your needs. These preferences are sticky when you use the same device and browser. To guarantee that you can always access your customized views, just use the Save Filter feature available on all grids.
Account activation links will now automatically expire after one week.
NOTE If necessary, you may always resend the welcome email to a user from theFile Protection Manager Access page or the File Protection Manager user detail page.
Changes
We've revised team alert emails generated by to include such vital information as team name and team ID. We've also revised the email text itself to make it easier to understand.
In addition, all alert emails will display the team name in the notification email subject line, so you can quickly identify which team the issue affects.
The Product Notifications section has been removed from the Notifications page. You may still enter email addresses to which backup notifications should be sent.
