File Protection synchronizes billing metrics daily to a data lake accessible by Autotask via the KaseyaOne unified login portal. The information provided is the total number of managed devices with a breakdown by type (desktop, server, laptop, printer, and so forth). These totals are grouped by site to allow for invoices to be generated for individual customers.

Datto Partner Portal hero reports allow you to generate reports that demonstrate and encapsulate the benefits that your services provide to your clients. In these reports, you can:

  • Include up to 10 devices on a single report to easily track the status of multiple devices in a single report

  • Include both hardware-based and Datto Cloud SIRIS devices in the same report, giving you a complete view of your backup environment, regardless of the type of devices you are using

  • Schedule reports to be sent automatically, ensuring that you receive regular updates on the status of your backup environment, without having to manually generate reports

  • Delete scheduled reports that are no longer required

  • Customize reports to include one or more products and sections
