Autotask

File Protection synchronizes billing metrics daily to a data lake accessible by Autotask via the KaseyaOne unified login portal. The information provided is the total number of managed devices with a breakdown by type (desktop, server, laptop, printer, and so forth). These totals are grouped by site to allow for invoices to be generated for individual customers.

BMS

The Datto Workplace/VSA10 Integration offers the benefit of seamless, silent deployment and/or removal of Workplace using Kaseya VSA10. The Workplace team key allows you to install or uninstall Workplace Desktop without end user interaction.

Datto Partner Portal hero reports

Datto Partner Portal hero reports allow you to generate reports that demonstrate and encapsulate the benefits that your services provide to your clients. In these reports, you can:

• Include up to 10 devices on a single report to easily track the status of multiple devices in a single report

• Include both hardware-based and Datto Cloud SIRIS devices in the same report, giving you a complete view of your backup environment, regardless of the type of devices you are using

• Schedule reports to be sent automatically, ensuring that you receive regular updates on the status of your backup environment, without having to manually generate reports

myITprocess

The Integrated Executive Summary Reporting feature in myITprocess allows you to simplify your quarterly business review process and easily deliver high-level reports to your clients. The File Protection report provides the following information:

• End User Workstation: Insights into used desktop licenses, aiding in licensing management.

• Servers: Insights on servers usage

• Storage Usage: Shows total used gigabytes, with available and used gigabytes highlighted for metered plans.

• Backup Success Summary: Desktop and server backup success summaries offer a comprehensive view of backup statuses for files.

• Device Version Status: Identify devices requiring updates, ensuring system reliability.

• Alert Status: Critical Alerts and Total Alerts created daily are depicted on a timeline, facilitating timely action.

If you use Autotask to track issues, our ticketing integration will radically reduce time spent on manual ticket creation and allow you to efficiently manage issues detected by File Protection.
