If you are an partner, you may receive GDPR-related information requests. Here's how to find that information for your end users:
Basic Information
Go to Team > Users > select a user.
The following is all the personal information stored in the service and visible on the User Detail page:
- User image
- Full Name
- Email address (username)
- Country
- Time zone
- Created (time, date and by whom)
- Storage quota and storage usage
- Devices (including machine name, OS version, and the profile the device is associated with)
- Backed up folders (including folder and file names, but file contents are inaccessible)
Reports
Almost all user activity is captured in Reports. To retrieve all report events related to a single user, go to each report sub-tab (Team, Devices, and User Access) and set the User filter to the user in question.
Special reports contain only the information that is shown in Team > Users, as described above.
All the information we have about you is in two locations in File Protection Manager: File Protection Manager Access, and File Protection Manager Reports. Both require Full Access privileges in File Protection Manager to access.

- Full name
- Email address (username)
- Phone number (optional)
- Security level
- Time zone
- Last login
Reports
On the File Protection Manager Reports tab, set the User filter to the user in question.
