QUESTION Can I limit backup activity during certain hours?

ANSWER Yes.

The maximum speed which File Protection Desktop or Server can back up is controlled on the Network tab of the File Protection Desktop or Server interface. You can even use the Use Fastest Speed controls to specify between which hours the service can operate at full speed.
