Release Notes
We're pleased to present our 2022.2.1 Service Update.
The stability and security of our service is always central to our development efforts. All service updates contain improvements related to that goal; those improvements may also enhance app performance. This release also contains minor user interface corrections, as well as SSO stability enhancements that are not detailed specifically in these release notes.
This release contains the following issue resolutions:
In an issue known to have affected a very small number of users, logging into File Protection Manager resulted in the display of an error message. These users were, however, able to successfully log in after closing the error message. The issue has been resolved.
An region selection field was displayed at the top of the Create a new team page in File Protection Manager. The field has been removed.
When a new backup path was added to a backup profile, the addition did not take effect on the device until the File Protection app was restarted, or if the Backup paths controlled by administrator check box was cleared and selected. The issue has been resolved and all backup path changes and additions once again take effect automatically, shortly after the adjustment is made.
Reports exported from File Protection
We've adjusted the information in the popup window that displays when you choose to reset your Autotask or Connectwise integration to more accurately reflect the results of such a reset.
