QUESTION   What do I do if deployment to my device fails?

I installed the agent on my device, but my device was rejected by an admin or it hasn't been approved yet. What do I do?

ANSWER  Your device will keeping trying to connect unless it has been rejected by an admin.

Your device will keep trying to connect automatically every five minutes. But if your device has been rejected by an administrator, you will be prompted to enter your team key again.
