File Protection Desktop Sync Issues (Windows)

In some File Protection v8 instances, outbound sync from the local files to the File Protection cloud was interrupted, and showed a sync speed of 0. This issue has been resolved, and in response, we've enhanced the stability of our Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive support.

Cannot launch v8 interface on macOS Ventura (Mac)

It was not possible to launch the local agent interface for File Protection on macOS Ventura. We've fixed the problem, and you can now access your local interface as you always have.
