PERMISSIONS  Administrators

NAVIGATION  Go to fileprotection.datto.com

NAVIGATION  Windows taskbar > > File Protection Online

NAVIGATION  Mac menu bar > > File Protection Online

All File Protection Administrators are required to log in to File Protection with a username and password.

TIP  If you have a Datto Workplace account with a matching email address, these accounts will automatically become linked accounts. Please refer to Manage linked accounts for more information.

How to...

  1. Go to > File Protection Online.
  2. Enter your username.
  3. Click Next.

NOTE  If you'd like to enter a different username, just click the icon to return to the previous window.

  1. Enter your password.
  1. Click Login.

Follow the instructions below to reset your own password. You can also contact your team administrator, who can reset your password.

  1. Go to your login page.
  2. Enter you username.
  3. Click Next.

  1. Click the Forgot Password link.
  2. Enter your email address in the resulting popup window.
  3. Optionally, select the Send text message (text messaging air charges may apply) check box.
  4. Click Reset Password. This will send a password verification email to your email account as well as a notification email to the primary contact on your account.
