If you're experiencing issues, it might be necessary for us to obtain the log files related to sync operations from your computer to understand the root cause of the problem.

How to...

BEFORE YOU BEGIN  For File Protection Server, first launch the user interface manually.

  1. Click the  icon in the taskbar.
  2. Select About… in Windows or Preferences > About...in Mac.
  3. Right click in the Device Information area, and select Copy Logs to Desktop.
  4. This creates a .zip file with the logs from File Protection Desktop or Server and places the .zip file on your computer's desktop.
