Release Notes
We're pleased to present our 2021.1 Service Update.
Please note that a major underlying reason for this release, in addition to the changes and issue resolutions listed below, is a rework of the foundation layers of the File Protection service that will allow us to more effectively scale our product.
Changes
We've made a new special report available to File Protection Administrators. And, like all reports, you can schedule it for automatic generation and delivery.It can be sent to any user(s) on the team.
The Executive report contains the following information:

To access this report:
- Go to File Protection Online.
- Click Reports.
- Click Special. The Executive option will be selected by default.
- Click the Export button.
To schedule this report:
- Follow steps 1-3, above.
- Click Schedule Reports and select the Schedule current report option.
- Schedule the report as described in the Save and optionally schedule a report section of the Reports help topic.
Issues
Even though only administrators should receive this type of notification, some users were receiving a notification indicating that their storage quota was almost used up. The issue has been resolved and the notification is sent only to the appropriate recipients.
